1. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FUTON COVERS?
Although most of our cotton fabrics can be washed, we recommend dry cleaning only. Washing removes the
scotchguard or equivalent treatment that is used to treat our fabrics. There is also the possibility of shrinkage.
Tapestry & Upholstery grade fabrics should never be washed. In the event you choose to wash you should do
so only in cold water using a mild detergent. Never pretreat or clean fabrics with harsh chemicals..
2. HOW CAN I BE ASSURED OF A GOOD FUTON COVER FIT SINCE I AM ORDERING ON-LINE?
Go to determine cover size for your best fit.
3. MAY I RETURN MY FUTON COVERS IF I AM UNHAPPY FOR ANY REASON?
All our stocked covers are returnable for whatever reason as long a the covers were not used. You may take
up to 10 days to decide whether or not you want to keep the product. Click on warranty.
4. DO YOU HAVE A STORE?
No, we only sell online. This allows us to keep our prices low and also allows us to spend more time searching
for the best buys.
5. HOW DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders in the contiguous United States ship UPS/FEDEX. Our contract with the manufacturers determine the
method of shipment as 90% of our orders ship directly from the factory. You must have a home address to ship
to because UPS/FEDEX will not ship to a post office box. We suggest having the order shipped to a friend's or
relative's address if you don't have a home address.

6. HOW DO I BUY?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. If you wish to pay by personal check, money order
or cashier check just contact us at sales@futoncoversgalore.com, or call us at: xxx-xxx-xxx and place your
order. Your order will not be sent until the funds have cleared. This can take up to 5 days upon receiving
check. Send checks or money orders to: Futon Covers Galore.
You may order on line 24/7 but our offices hours are 8am - 5pm CST monday thru fridays.
7. DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA OR HAWAII?
Due to extremely high shipping rates we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
8. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
We can ship futon covers to Canada. Again there are additional costs. If you are interested contact us at
sales@futoncoversgalore.com with your requests and we will discuss the potential drawbacks.
