All Futon Covers Galore products are guaranteed for defects of workmanship or fabric for a period of ONE
YEAR. This does not include shipping damage, normal wear or abuse. We pay postage & handling both
ways for all warranties.

We offer a full money back guarantee on stocked products even if you decide you do not like them. You
have 10 days from the day you receive the merchandise to decide if you want to keep it. You pay only
return postage.
We are unable to offer refunds on cut fabric yardage except for warranty. If you are ordering custom covers
or cut yardage, we strongly recommend ordering a swatch to assure you are getting what was represented.
Your cost is $4.90 per 18" x 18" swatch. Although swatches are not returnable, their cost will be deducted
from your order. Only one swatch discount per order. P.S. the swatch can be made into a one sided pillow.

Most returns or exchanges occur because a cover was ordered the wrong size or the fabric or fabric color
was not what the customer wanted. This problem may be avoided by using our determine cover size to
assure a proper fit. Also you may order swatches of the fabric to assure you are getting exactly what you
want. Just go to the drop down menu of the cover you want. Swatches on our Limited Special Futon
Covers are offered in limited quantities and may or may not be available.

To return a product you must first obtain a return Authorization number by calling xxx-xxx-xxxx between the
hours of 8am - 5pm CST. Or you may e-mail us at: returns @futoncoversgalore.com.

Upon receiving your merchandise, check the product to assure that no damage occurred during shipping.
In the event there is damage, contact us immediately by telephone or e-mail. See above contact
instructions. Please return all merchandise in the original packages and shipping boxes if possible to help
minimize additional damage.

Any cover returned with evidence of use is not exchangeable due to state sanitary laws & common sense.
